All ice cream cakes and rolls need to be kept frozen at -18°C. During checkout, you can choose to pick up your order from 40 Appolo stores located across Hong Kong.

Our cakes and rolls are packed in individual boxes with dry ice to maintain them at their correct temperature for around one hour. We recommend cakes and rolls be placed into freezers as soon as possible until ready to eat. Extra dry ice can be ordered at extra cost.

Cake decorations and fruits may be substituted according to seasonal availability. Photos are for reference only. All cakes are handmade and final product may appear slightly different.
